Appeal to courageous people
Capable people create wealth for companies.
Capable people can explain why they are valuable for companies.
Capable people pay close attention to the development and use of their abilities.
Capable people take the initiative to ask for feedback on their performance.
´360´ is for capable people. It gives them a chance to learn how other people they are in contact with at work and who assess their performance and success see them.

´360´ may be visualized as an array of distorting mirrors that might make us appear slender, thick, small, tall or deformed in various ways. However, this deformation will be beneficial via our ´self-interpretation´ in the mirror and by forcing us to pay close attention to specific parts.
In ´360´ people hold such a mirror to themselves. They use their own point of view. Capable people are aware how important it is to utilize such a distortion to recognize the difference between how they see themselves and how they are seen by others and by seeing the importance of their existence. Capable people have a chance to ´straighten up´ this image to be consistent with their own ideals and with those of the company.
Unveiled talent
Strictly speaking, this ‘360’ mirror consists of many pieces that are glued together and aimed at specific points. If your abilities and skills, a.k.a. your qualifications, are the objective of ´360´, then you can be sure to learn a lot about new and beneficial aspects of yourself. It might be your superior, if you have one, or your subordinate, or your partner who works together with you on a project, your customer, supplier, friend, husband, pal, who may hold a mirror to you.
´360´ is based on the exact determination of the object of assessment and on the scales used. ´360´ compels the assessor, and also you, to reflect upon your behavior and actions in actual situations, especially upon those at work.

An important step to development
Initially, ´360´ was an analytical tool; today its importance is primarily related to development. It attempts to explain what could happen (wherefrom – whereto), i.e. it doesn’t only describe the present, existing situation. The ´360´ leitmotiv is ´everyone should be anyone else’s HR manager´. The heart of ´360´ is the facilitation of changes.
